At Heidi Burton Photography, I believe in a fully personalized photography experience, where every session is crafted to reflect your unique vision and needs. I take a tailored approach that starts with understanding what matters most to you. From helping you select the perfect outfits and choose a location that resonates with your style, to discussing specific ideas and goals for your session, I work closely with you at every step. Whether you’re looking for a timeless family portrait, a bold branding session, or a personal milestone, I ensure every detail is thoughtfully considered.
After the shoot, I also assist in selecting and designing custom products that will seamlessly complement your home or space, creating pieces that are not only beautiful but meaningful to you. This bespoke approach ensures that your experience is as unique as you are, and the final result is something you won't forget.

Yay! You are ready for the full service experience
The first step is to fill out my contact form. This helps me gather essential information about you, your family, and your vision for your session. Once you submit the form, I'll reach out to you to discuss the details and answer any questions you may have.

PAY THE BOOKING FEE
Decision has been made, we are ready to roll.
To secure your session date, a deposit of $100 is required. This fee covers my time and talent and ensures your date is exclusively reserved for you and does go towards your final total.

PRE-SESSION
CONSULTATION
Let's discuss all the fun details
This is when we hop on a call and have a discussion about your vision. We talk location, style and wardrobe, most importantly how you want to display your photos. What's most important to you? What does your space look like? Custom wall art, beautiful matted prints, or does a beautifully curated heirloom album to display on your table or shelf excite you most? I can guide you through it all.

SESSION DAY
Where the magic happens.
Show up and let me do the rest. I will focus on capturing the genuine moments and connections. Let your kids be themselves, and most importantly, relax and enjoy the moment. I'll guide you through the session to ensure we get a beautiful variety of images.
AFTER THE SESSION:
I will carefully select and hand-edit the best images from the session. This process will take up to 2 weeks as I dedicate time ensuring the best results.You will then receive your private online gallery to select your favorite images.

REVEAL PARTY
Let's get designing.
If you can't wait to display those new photos, this step is for you. This will be another virtual call over Zoom. I will present a slideshow so you can sit, relax, and enjoy the show. We will then go over the images and pick out your favorites and must-haves. We will bring your vision to life by choosing how to display your portraits through custom heirloom products. We will customize your designs, whether it's a stunning gallery wall, curated album, or elegant fine art prints.
